Brownstone only offers refunds for products deemed defective or damaged, when the garment of the same size/style is not in stock.

Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Garments must be in original condition.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
